Job Profile

Opportunity exists for a Regional Manager to join a well established team within a Specialist Subsidence Team. Working from a home base anywhere in the UK, the role will require periodic visits to various regional offices, as well as undertaking the occasional client and customer visits as required.

You will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 Building Consultants & Surveyors who handle subsidence insurance claims, ensuring colleague development, service delivery of teams performance and complaint resolution. You will be able to take on instructions from internal managers and external clients, self-managing to conclusion.

Applicant Requirements

Candidates must be able to demonstrate good people management and organisational skills and be either MRICS, MCIOB, MICE or MIStuctE qualified. Progression towards other insurance qualifications would also be a distinct advantage. You must have a detailed understanding and knowledge of structural building damage, investigation and repair methods. Have the ability to be decisive in resolving matters, an appreciation of the importance of delivering outstanding customer service, excellent communication and empathy skills. Finally you must posses good presentation skills for internal and external meetings, training & presentations.
