Receptionist/ Business Administrator (Nr Ledbury)

If you enjoy working in events, interacting with customers, can provide exceptional customer service as well as excellent IT skills, then we want to hear from you!

Applicants must be dynamic, articulate and well-presented and capable of interacting with people from all levels. Good admin and IT literacy required.

A background in events or hospitality would be beneficial and the ability to work Saturdays on a rota basis is essential.

Principle duties:

* Creating a positive first impression for customers and hosting throughout the day

* Administration: bookings, invoicing, taking payments, post, travel arrangements, accommodation/ dining arrangements

* Event organisation: daily briefs, attendance records, H&S records

* Maintain close liaison with other team members

Applications from Graduates (events or business related degree) welcomed as full training will be provided.

Full clean driving licence essential.

Salary up to £23.5K; Hours 8am – 5am–immediate start available.
