The Leader Group have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Service Manager with a background of supporting Children in a residential setting.
The role involves:
Overall day to day running of a small residential home for children with SEMH needs
Ensuring compliance with Ofsted and regulatory requirements
Meeting all budgetary, regulatory, and service development targets
Responsibility for providing a high-quality service, both in respect of client support and employee engagement
Effective occupancy management; co-ordinating referrals and assessments
Leading investigations as required; participating in audit requirements and ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to
For this role, you will need to have:
NVQ 5 in Children and Young People or equivalent qualification
Strong management and communication skills
Experience within children’s residential services
