We are now recruiting for an IT Apprentice to support in delivery of all aspects of our IT strategy while receiving an eighteen-month, national recognised qualification through The Development Manager (TDM). This is a work-based learning programme which will requirement commitment to block weeks in an online training room once every quarter working towards the qualification along with weekly off the job training and monthly coaching sessions! You will have a designated mentor in the workplace to support your learning and at the end of the programme you will be assessed via an external assessment body. This is a Level 3 qualification. As our IT Apprentice, we will teach you how to: * Help support approximately 150 staff, PCs, Server, network infrastructure, software and systems administration. * Installing and configuring desktop and laptop computer systems, network devices, tablets, smartphones and desk phones. * Repairing or upgrading hardware including laptops and desktops. * Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and our network. * Talking staff through a series of actions – either face-to-face or over the telephone or remote links to address issues they may be having. * Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware / software faults.
