REED are partnering with a reputable ecommerce business who are looking for an HR Administrator to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months. The role will be to support the HR function for the company by providing administrative support and advice.

Your day-to-day duties and responsibilities will include:
Being the first point of contact for resolving weekly payroll related queries at the warehouse distribution site
Maintenance of staff records and HR system
Responsible for the distribution and return of monthly probationary reviews for the warehouse distribution site
Responsible for the distribution of weekly wage slips
Organising 1-month new starter interviews
Working with the HR Business Partner and supervisory teams in the recruitment of new staff – screening candidates; booking interviews; organising and coordinating interview days; recruitment administration and updating recruitment reports
Assisting with the organisation of new starter inductions
Being the first point of contact for general enquiries from staff in person, by telephone and by email escalating queries to the HR Advisor/HR Business Partner where required
Monitoring the performance appraisal process and log learning and development requirements
Supporting the HR Admin function, including but not limited to:
The setup of new starters
Issuing Contracts of Employment and Amendments to contracts
Responding to resignations in writing, organising exit interviews and full processing of leavers
Completing and sending reference requests.
