This is a great opportunity to join the Docupoint Department of this leading legal firm. Well known in the local market for offering a friendly service and professional advice, with offices across rural Shropshire, Herefordshire and into North Wales.
Docupoint is where all of the file opening, mail, photocopying, binding, scanning, archiving and all other general administration tasks for the firm are performed. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining a productive workflow and overseeing a small team of administrator/receptionists.
The role will suit someone with a strong background in administration, ideally in a professional services setting. You will be expected to use a high degree of self-management and initiative, maintaining a highly professional, efficient, confidential and friendly service, ensuring a quality service to clients is always achieved.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of line management or supervision and be flexible and adaptable to a range of tasks and responsibilities. Confidence in the use of Microsoft packages and IT systems is required, as is being able to demonstrate the ability to work in a busy environment. You will need good organisational and time management skills along with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
