Our client is part of Industrial Manufacturing Company International, a US based organisation comprising a number of engineering manufacturing companies worldwide, producing a varied range of specialised products for numerous industries including: naval, mining, steel, machine tools, rail, agriculture, marine, military, power generation, gas & oil, printing, packaging, food and beverage, textiles, material handling, aerospace, heat treatment, plastics and many more.
The company is renowned as a leader in the design and manufacture of bespoke oil recirculation systems, light-duty oil systems, heavy-duty grease systems, mobile fluid grease applicators, single point lubricators, cooling water systems and specialised Hellan strainer and filtration products and systems.
The primary function of the role is to assist with the day-to-day operations by providing cover and support within our accounts department. Working as part of a team you will be involved in all aspects of the department, to progress and chase outstanding purchase orders with our suppliers via the telephone or email, to update our internal business system with the relevant information, our business system is ASC, full training will be provided.
Are you the right person for the job?
At least 2 years experience in Accountancy
AAT Level 3
Good excel skills

Purchase Ledger
Sales ledger
Supplier invoice loading
Credit Control
Reconciliations
Timesheet entry
